Mrs. Danielle Kelly
Hello everyone and welcome to our Language Arts Literacy Class! First and foremost, a bit about myself. I grew up in Marlboro, NJ and graduated from Marlboro High School in 2001. After moving down to the Jersey Shore for college, I began my career in Education back in 2003 in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. A bit later, my family and I moved down to Raleigh, NC in 2005 where I taught, case managed, and supervised Special Education for another ten years. We decided to move back home to New Jersey in 2015 to the Jersey Shore and began teaching here again, which I absolutely love! When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, traveling to Disney World, reading, cooking, painting and crocheting.
My undergraduate degree is in Liberal Studies with concentrations in US History and Criminal Justice, and I have earned a Master's Degree in Cross Categorical Resource Special Education, and a second Master's Degree in Administration with a concentration in School Business Administration. I hold NJ the following New Jersey Certifications; Teacher of Students with Disabilities, Elementary School with Subject Matter Specialization: Language Arts/Literacy Specialization 5-8, Elementary School K-6, Supervisor, Principal, and School Business Administrator.
My passion in life is learning, and I am so very thankful to have the opportunity to share this passion with you all every day!
